Payment: Down payment of $500 per room due at booking. Final payment due 90 days before arrival – December 11, 2022. For reservations received December 11, 2022 to February 11, 2023 a down payment is required, and payment in full will be due within 14 days. Reservations received February 11, 2023 to arrival, Payment in full is due at the time of the reservation. Late payments will incur a $50.00 late fee per month.

Cancel penalties: All cancellations received within 90 days before the arrival of the guest, will be penalized $500.00 USD.

All cancellations received 89-0 days before the arrival of the guest, will be penalized with the total stay (Penalty of 100% of the stay). No refund for early departures or no-shows. Cancellation fees may not be imposed if Travel Protection was purchased, and cancellation is a covered reason under the travel protection plan.
