The initial deposit is refundable until March 1, 2025; a one-night stay per room penalty will apply after that date. 119-60 days before arrival will result in a 50% penalty, and 59 days before arrival will result in a 100% penalty. A cancellation fee may not be imposed if Travel Protection was purchased and cancellation was covered under the plan. All "No-Show" or early departure reservations are non-refundable, with no refunds for partial stays.  

NEW for 2026: In 2024, Hedonism started charging direct rates to a group contract if approved nights fall outside of a group's dates and/or if fewer than five consecutive nights are requested.  ETS has absorbed the rate difference but will be applying the difference in room rates in 2026.  

NEW for 2026: If a client requests a decrease in the number of nights/dates of travel, there is no charge up to 120 days before departure; any changes in the number of nights/dates of travel received 119 days before departure are non-refundable. Any additional nights requested need prior approval and are payable in full when approved.
