Transfers: If you have selected Shared Round Trip Transfers, flight details must be received by Exotic Travel Services before departure. Round-trip shared transfers are a direct transfer from the MBJ Airport to Hedo/Hedo to the MBJ Airport; no other resorts are stopped at during the way.
Option www.timair.net or airlink is a short flight to the resort instead of ground transportation; book direct with them.

Payment/Cancellation Terms:
$700 deposit - $700 down, Final payment is due September 1, 2026.
Terms:  This is a family-run resort, and due to the remote area and limited accommodations, they maintain a strict cancellation policy.  Cancellations must be in writing by April 15, 2026, and all monies received will be refunded.

Cancellations should be received in writing by September 1, 2026, and all monies refunded less $700.00. Cancellations received after September 1, 2026, will forfeit all amounts collected.

All “No Show” or early departure reservations are non-refundable—no refunds for partial stays.

Name changes are allowed for an additional $50 fee.
Late payments will incur a $50.00 late fee.
